Textile Thread Bobbins are precision-wound prewound bobbins used in industrial and domestic sewing machines, machine embroidery, quilting, and handicraft applications. WIRESUN winds custom textile thread bobbins according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications, supporting different thread types, bobbin formats, core types, winding lengths, and colours.


Built with CNC precision winding equipment and controlled production processes, each bobbin is wound to consistent yardage and even tension so it fits the bobbin case correctly and runs to the end of a design without breakage. These bobbins are suitable for thread brands, embroidery and sewing supply distributors, garment and quilting manufacturers, and craft product companies. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.
Standard documentation includes packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Analysis, and electrical test report. RoHS/REACH documents are available upon request.
We ship worldwide. Regular destinations include Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Russia. Express and sea freight options are available.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
