Elastic Thread Bobbins are precision-wound packages of stretchable textile thread used in shirring, elastic seams, sock and underwear knitting, medical bandages, and mask ear loops. WIRESUN winds custom elastic thread bobbins according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications, supporting different elastic materials, elongation ratios, bobbin formats, core types, and winding lengths.


Built with CNC precision winding equipment and controlled production processes, each bobbin is wound under regulated low tension to prevent over-stretching, giving stable package dimensions, consistent length, and reliable elastic recovery. These bobbins are suitable for garment and knitwear manufacturers, sock and underwear mills, medical and hygiene product makers, and accessory brands. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.
Standard documentation includes packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Analysis, and electrical test report. RoHS/REACH documents are available upon request.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
