WIRESUN winds custom fiberglass lacing cord bobbins according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications, supporting different cord constructions, coatings, temperature classes, bobbin formats, and winding lengths.


Built with CNC precision winding equipment and controlled production processes, each bobbin is wound under controlled tension to protect the glass filaments, giving stable package dimensions, consistent length, and snag-free payoff without fraying. These bobbins are suitable for motor and generator manufacturers, transformer and switchgear producers, and electrical insulation material suppliers. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
