Spandex Bobbins are precision-wound packages of bare spandex (elastane) filament used in sock and underwear knitting, narrow elastic tape, covered yarn production, medical elastics, and mask ear loops. WIRESUN winds custom spandex bobbins according to customer drawings, samples, or specifications, supporting different deniers, elongation ratios, bobbin formats, core types, and winding lengths.

Built with CNC precision winding equipment and controlled production processes, each bobbin is wound under low, closely regulated tension so the filament is not permanently stretched and adjacent layers do not block on the tacky spandex surface. These bobbins are suitable for knitting mills, covered yarn producers, narrow fabric manufacturers, and hygiene product makers. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
