Important Notes
(1) If the operating angle of the tension rod is the same as its angle when installed in a static state, or if the tension rod sags by 90 degrees after starting operation, be sure to readjust the tension to prevent abnormal wear on the tensioner’s components, which could shorten its service life.
(2) During normal operation of the tensioner, when replacing enameled wire, check the damping wheel for any residual wire ends. Be sure to remove them; otherwise, they may become entangled in the damping wheel when the machine is restarted, causing irregular fluctuations in tension.
Applications
| Model | Tension range(g) | Size(mm) | Wire gauge(mm) | Weight(kg) |
| TCLL | 1000~5000 | 250*160*95 | 0.50~1.20 | 1.90 |
* Tensile test conditions: Linear velocity of 5 m/s, using a circular frame as a reference.
