The CWF series of servo-driven automatic pay-off units, pay-off stands, copper-clad aluminum winding machines, and universal servo pay-off units for winding machines utilize an active wire feeding method to replace the traditional passive method. By controlling motor speed, they achieve stable tension values and are equipped with a tension feedback stabilization system that automatically maintains a stable tension balance. During unwinding, tension remains constant from the full spool to the end of the spool. Compared to traditional mechanical unwinders, this reduces the frequency of tension adjustments and improves product quality.

Important Notes:

1. Do not touch the tension rod while the machine is in operation;

2. Prevent the unwinder from falling and avoid damage caused by strong impacts;

3. The winding speed should not exceed 5 meters per second (subject to the specific model’s requirements; contact us for customization if you have special needs). The startup speed of the winding machine should not exceed 1 meter per second.

4. When the enameled wire passes through the guide rollers, ensure it is properly guided over each roller to prevent jamming and ensure smooth rotation during operation.

5. Guide rollers and tension rods are considered wear-and-tear parts. Even if covered under warranty, replacement costs will apply if these components require replacement due to wear. The cost will be based on our company’s actual quotation at the time of replacement.

Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs for most coil types. For first-time customers or prototype evaluation, we accept small trial orders of 10-50 pcs. MOQ may vary by product complexity. Contact us for a specific quote.

Yes. Samples are available within 5-7 business days after engineering confirmation. A nominal sample fee applies, which is credited toward your first mass production order.

You can email drawings such as PDF, DWG, or STEP files, or fill out our inquiry form. If you do not have drawings, a written description or physical sample is also acceptable.

We can wind wire as fine as 0.01mm using Zongheng CNC precision winding machines with automated tension control.

Yes. Our special-shaped coil series handles non-circular and irregular geometries. Submit your drawings and our engineering team will assess feasibility.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
