Round Air Core Coils are precision-wound bobbinless coils with a circular hollow structure, designed for applications that require lightweight construction, low core loss, stable inductance, and compact electromagnetic performance. Without a magnetic core or plastic bobbin, these coils offer flexible customization for size, winding turns, wire diameter, resistance, and inductance requirements.

WIRESUN manufactures round air core coils according to customer drawings, samples, or electrical specifications. Outer diameter, inner diameter, coil height, wire material, winding turns, resistance, inductance, and tolerance can all be customized. These coils are suitable for sensors, communication devices, RFID modules, wireless charging, precision instruments, medical devices, and custom electronic assemblies. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

Yes. Samples are available within 5-7 business days after engineering confirmation. A nominal sample fee applies, which is credited toward your first mass production order.

We can wind wire as fine as 0.01mm using Zongheng CNC precision winding machines with automated tension control.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.

Standard documentation includes packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Analysis, and electrical test report. RoHS/REACH documents are available upon request.

We ship worldwide. Regular destinations include Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Russia. Express and sea freight options are available.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
