This next-generation constant-tension wire feeding system delivers outstanding performance, enabling high-precision tension control for even the finest wires during the coil winding process. Based on an innovative solution combining a dual-drive feeding system, tension analysis capabilities, and motor torque control, it brings significant advancements in quality control and production efficiency during coil winding.

An intuitive digital display allows real-time viewing of operational information, including tension data;
Button Design:
Ergonomically designed buttons are easy to operate and feature synchronized alerts; up to three different wire feeding tension values can be programmed, or up to four different values can be programmed using two digital outputs within a winding cycle;
Programmable compensation arm:
CAN bus/user interface RS485 for easy parameter setup; the “store and release” automatic compensation arm adapts to various operating conditions;
Dual-drive feeding system:
Ensures coil winding quality and repeatability, guaranteeing precise wire tension control.
Motor torque control system:
Detects and adjusts for variations in wire feed tension, thereby preventing unnecessary wire stretching.
Tension sensor loading unit:
High-precision tension sensing control manages sudden wire take-up or release during operation while maintaining wire feed tension at the set value.
