This device is a high-precision, automated fiber optic winding and layering machine. Utilizing Programmable Logic Control (PLC), the system automatically regulates winding speed, tracks layering patterns, and manages layer counts during the winding process. This ensures that the fiber is wound neatly and efficiently, while effectively preventing slippage. Additionally, the device features a recipe storage function, significantly boosting efficiency for repetitive production tasks.

Automatic Acceleration:
Upon startup, the device automatically accelerates to a preset maximum speed based on configured layer intervals, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Automatic Deceleration:
Equipped with a "Pre-warning Meter Count" function, the device automatically decelerates to a low speed as it approaches the target length, ensuring a smooth stop and preventing fiber breakage or loose winding.
Constant Speed Mode:
By setting acceleration-related parameters to zero, the device can be configured to operate at a constant speed throughout the entire winding process.
Precise Layering Management:
Automatic Reversal: The system precisely detects the layering position, automatically reversing direction upon reaching the inner wall or the tapered starting point of the winding spool, ensuring the fiber layers remain tightly aligned against the edges.
Adaptive Tapering: The layering mechanism automatically shifts outward incrementally (via adjustable settings) as layers accumulate; this perfectly adapts to tapered winding spools, preventing the fiber structure from collapsing.
Anti-Slip Protection: By defining a "Taper Width" limit, the system restricts the maximum outward travel of the layering mechanism, effectively preventing the fiber from slipping off the spool.
Advanced Layer Control: Supports an inward retraction function (via adjustable decrement settings) once the layering mechanism reaches its maximum outward limit, allowing for the fulfillment of specific or specialized winding requirements.
User-Friendly Interface:
Recipe Function: Allows for saving multiple sets of device parameters (recipes); these can be instantly recalled with a single touch when switching to a similar type of winding spool, eliminating the need for repetitive manual configuration, ensuring product consistency, and boosting efficiency.
Real-time Monitoring: The main monitoring interface displays key operational data—such as current speed, total length, layer count, and layering position—in real-time, providing an at-a-glance overview of the process.
Online Fine-Tuning: Key parameters—such as the inner and outer stop points—can be fine-tuned directly while the machine is in operation, allowing for quick and convenient optimization of the winding results.
Manual Mode: Provides manual jog controls to facilitate device debugging, origin point calibration, and spool replacement procedures.
