Marine Survey Coils are precision-wound electromagnetic components used in seabed mapping systems, hydrographic survey instruments, towed detection arrays, and marine engineering investigation equipment. WIRESUN manufactures these coils according to customer drawings, samples, or electrical specifications, supporting different wire materials, coil shapes, winding structures, inductance and resistance values, and encapsulation methods.


Built with CNC precision winding equipment and controlled production processes, each coil is wound for stable electrical parameters and finished with epoxy potting or overmolding for watertight, corrosion-resistant operation in submerged and towed conditions. These coils are suitable for hydrographic survey equipment makers, subsea instrument manufacturers, marine engineering contractors, and ocean research institutes. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

Yes. Samples are available within 5-7 business days after engineering confirmation. A nominal sample fee applies, which is credited toward your first mass production order.

We can wind wire as fine as 0.01mm using Zongheng CNC precision winding machines with automated tension control.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.
Standard documentation includes packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Analysis, and electrical test report. RoHS/REACH documents are available upon request.
We ship worldwide. Regular destinations include Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Russia. Express and sea freight options are available.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
