The LSSF-D-20000 replaces passive payoff with a servo-driven active feed. Instead of relying on the wire itself to drag the spool — where tension rises and falls with line speed — a servo motor feeds wire on demand, and tension is set independently by the spring assembly.
Active servo feed. Tension is decoupled from payoff drag, so it no longer drifts as the spool empties or the machine changes speed.
Constant tension under changing conditions. Built-in tension stabilisation holds the set value regardless of line speed, tension-bar position or guide-roller friction.
Live digital readout. Current tension is displayed in real time; the setting range is changed by swapping the tension spring or adjusting its preload.
Field calibration. Tension zeroing plus two-way (+/-) calibration lets operators re-trim the unit on the machine, preventing drift over long production runs.
Built for heavy gauge. 0.5–1.8 mm wire (approx. AWG 24–13) at line speeds up to 5 m/s.
