Coreless Motor Coils are self-supporting, cup-shaped windings used in coreless DC motors, servo motors, and other compact high-response motor assemblies. WIRESUN manufactures custom coreless motor coils according to customer drawings, samples, or electrical specifications, supporting different wire diameters, coil dimensions, winding structures, resistance values, and insulation grades.

Built with multi-axis 3D synchronized winding and in-process hot-air curing of self-bonding wire, each coil comes off the machine as a finished cup-shaped coil, with no secondary pressing, rolling, or correction required. This one-step process prevents enamel damage, reduces dimensional deviation from repeated clamping, and keeps coil stress low for consistent electrical performance and a stable fill factor. These coils are suitable for humanoid robot joint motors, medical devices, drones, and precision servo motors. Prototype development, sample validation, and mass production are available for OEM/ODM projects.

Yes. Samples are available within 5-7 business days after engineering confirmation. A nominal sample fee applies, which is credited toward your first mass production order.

All coils are wound on CNC machines with precision control. Each production batch undergoes electrical testing, including inductance, DCR, and impedance checks.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is accepted for larger orders, and Western Union is available for sample fees.
