400 Turns in About 20 Seconds
In a recent production test, the machine was set to a target of 400 turns at a winding speed of 1,200 RPM. It completed the full 400 turns in about 20 seconds, with smooth, consistent wire laying from start to finish.
For high-volume production lines, this speed translates directly into higher output per shift and a lower cost per stator.
